Cancellation & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident about your subscription with Prospectio. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work. It should be read together with our Terms of Use.
1. How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the product, or by contacting us at support@prospectio.ai. To avoid being charged for the next term, please cancel at least 2 business days before your renewal date.
2. Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing term (for example monthly or annually, according to the plan you selected) until they are cancelled. You will receive an email confirming that your subscription has been cancelled.
3. No refunds
Prospectio charges in advance for use of the Services, and all fees are non-refundable. In particular:
- We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods (partial months, quarters, or years).
- If you cancel or stop using the Services during a term, we do not refund the fees paid for that term, including any unused portion.
- No refund is given where a plan is cancelled mid-term.
- If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, the new rate applies from the next billing cycle; we do not issue refunds or credits for downgrades taking effect mid-term.
Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not refund the current or any previous term.
4. Taxes and other charges
All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, which are your responsibility. Fees also exclude phone, internet access, and data transmission charges. Any currency-exchange settlements are governed by your agreement with your payment provider.
5. Our right to refuse or cancel
Prospectio reserves the right to refuse or cancel a subscription at its discretion. Any refund in that event is at Prospectio's sole discretion.
6. Fraud
Without limiting any other remedy, Prospectio may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent activity in connection with the Services. No refund is due in cases of fraud or breach of our Terms.
