Prospectio vs Dripify: an honest comparison for B2B sales teams
Dripify is a well-built tool and a fair choice for teams that want reliable text-based LinkedIn sequences. Prospectio is built around AI profile qualification, voice and video outreach, and automated follow-through to the booked meeting. Different tools for different ambitions.
I'll be direct about this: I'm the founder of Prospectio, so take that into account. What I can offer is an honest read on where each tool sits, because I've used Dripify, I know what it does well, and I know where it stops.
This isn't a teardown. Dripify works for a lot of teams. But if you're evaluating both, here's what you actually need to know.
The fundamental difference: what happens before the message is sent
Dripify pulls data from a LinkedIn search or CSV: name, company, location, job title. It drops those tokens into your message template. You get "Hi Sarah, I noticed you're Head of Sales at Ramp" — which is technically personalised and practically indistinguishable from the other 40 messages Sarah got this week that open the same way.
Prospectio reads the profile before sending anything. Not just the title, the whole profile. Experience, recent posts, shared connections, role context, company stage. The AI then checks whether this person genuinely fits your ICP, and if they do, it writes a first message specific to what it found. Not a template with a name in it. An actual opening line built from their profile.
The difference in response rate between those two approaches is meaningful. More importantly, the difference in who responds is meaningful. You stop getting replies from people who are only mildly curious and start getting replies from people who are actually relevant.
UX: Dripify has the edge here
Dripify's interface is clean. It's been refined over several years and it shows. Setting up sequences, managing campaigns, reading analytics — the experience is smooth. If you're onboarding a team of SDRs who need to be productive quickly, Dripify gets people up to speed fast.
Prospectio's UX is more functional than elegant right now. The product is younger. It works, but it's built around the intelligence layer rather than the interface layer, and that priority is visible. If interface polish is your main criterion, Dripify wins that category without debate.
What happens when someone replies
In Dripify, when a prospect replies, the sequence pauses and the ball lands in your rep's inbox. That's the standard model for most LinkedIn tools. The problem is that sales momentum is perishable. A prospect who replied at 2pm on a Tuesday and heard nothing back until Thursday morning has mostly moved on. You had the moment, and then you didn't have it.
Prospectio has an auto-responder. You can train it to be more persistent with follow-up, or you can set it to gather information, asking the prospect why they're not interested in a meeting, which is genuinely useful data. It handles the initial back-and-forth and works to get the meeting on the calendar, 24 hours a day. Your rep steps in for the actual sales conversation, not for the logistics of getting it scheduled.
Voice and video: Prospectio only
Dripify sends text. That's the whole format. If you want to send a voice note or a short personalised video to your prospects, Dripify can't do it.
Prospectio lets you record yourself once and sends that recording personalised to each prospect by name. It's your actual voice and face, not an AI avatar. The personalisation is handled automatically — the prospect hears their name, sees their name in captions, and thinks you recorded it for them specifically. You recorded it once.
The reply rate difference between text and voice or video is not marginal. Teams consistently see 40% or higher reply rates with voice and video versus 5-8% for text-only sequences. That gap exists because the format demands more attention and because it feels genuinely human in a way that a mail-merged template never will.
Post engagement: commenting vs liking
Dripify can auto-like a post. That's a weak signal. Your prospect gets a notification that you liked something they shared, glances at your name, and moves on. It registers almost nothing.
Prospectio can auto-comment. A thoughtful comment on something a prospect has posted is a meaningful touchpoint. It shows you read what they wrote. When your connection request or first message arrives after a comment, it's not cold — there's already been an interaction. That shift from cold to warm outreach changes how the message lands.

Who should use which
Dripify is a reasonable choice if you have a large SDR team doing high-volume text outreach, you want a polished interface that's easy to train people on, and you're comfortable managing follow-up manually when prospects reply.
Prospectio is the better fit if you want AI to qualify prospects before a word is sent, you want to use voice and video to stand out in crowded inboxes, and you need the auto-responder to capture warm leads outside business hours. It's also the better choice for smaller teams and founders doing their own outreach, where having the AI handle the back-and-forth buys back real time.
Neither is the right answer for everyone. But if the question is which one books more meetings per contact, the evidence points in one direction.
